Standard & Free Shipping
Shipping within New Zealand is free for all orders over $99. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $9 applies nationwide & $10 applies for rural. Deliveries are made to your front door or letterbox. If you require a signature, please let us know by adding a note to your order.
We reserve the right to offer free-shipping for selected products and services offered via our website.
Processing & Delivery Times
Most of our products are freshly made to order. Processing usually takes up to five (5) working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) once your order is confirmed. Orders placed after 12pm may take an extra business day to process.
- Non-rural addresses: 1–3 working days after dispatch
- Rural addresses: 5–8 working days after dispatch
Please note courier delays can occur depending on their workload and delivery schedules, which are beyond our control.
Returns & Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery (based on the courier’s delivery date) for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within several business days. If you experience delays in seeing the refund, please contact your bank.
Conditions
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- Please use a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.
- No refunds are given if courier tracking shows a successful delivery. In cases of suspected theft or misdelivery, we will contact the courier to investigate further.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, email us at order@kirschecandle.haus with your name, address, order details, phone number, and email. Store credit or a full refund (product value only) will be offered so you can place a new order on our website.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange for the same product, please email us at order@kirschecandle.haus and return the damaged item to:

The time for exchanged items to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Promo Codes
- Only one discount code can be used per order.You must apply the code before completing checkout.
- If you forget to apply the code, it can still be used on your next eligible order (as long as it hasn’t expired).
- Refunds cannot be issued if the apply button was not clicked. Always double-check that the discount has been applied before finalising payment.
